As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Annointed Excel Media, he has played a pivotal role in establishing the company as one of Zimbabwe's emerging branding and large-format printing firms, delivering innovative branding solutions to businesses, sporting organisations, government institutions, and corporate clients.
Under his leadership, Annointed Excel Media has successfully executed numerous high-profile branding projects, including stadium branding, corporate identity development, vehicle branding, event branding, documentary production, signage, and promotional campaigns. His strategic vision and commitment to quality has earned the company a reputation for professionalism, creativity, and reliable service delivery.
Mr. Mugwagwa possesses strong expertise in strategic marketing, business development, project management, photography, videography, and sports administration. His passion for sports has seen him actively involved in Zimbabwean football through media coverage, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities supporting the growth of local sport.
He studied Marketing with the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM) and continues to broaden his knowledge through practical industry experience and professional development. His leadership philosophy is centred on innovation, customer satisfaction, integrity, and building lasting business partnerships.

With over 20 years of distinguished experience in the banking and financial services sector, I have built a career centred on strategic relationship management, business development, marketing, and sales leadership. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed high-net-worth client portfolios, delivering exceptional client experiences while driving sustainable business growth across the Southern Division of Zimbabwe.
One of my most notable roles was serving as a Relationship Manager within the Platinum Club, the elite banking division of Old Mutual Banking Business Unit. In this capacity, I specialised in cultivating long-term relationships with premium clients, providing tailored financial solutions, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Beyond banking, I bring extensive experience in event management, having successfully planned and coordinated corporate and retail events that strengthened brands, enhanced stakeholder engagement, and delivered memorable client experiences.
My leadership extends into community development and international engagement. I currently serve as a Roving Ambassador for The State of African Diaspora, promoting collaboration, empowerment, and meaningful partnerships across African communities worldwide. I also serve as Deputy National Coordinator for the African Youth and Female Entrepreneurs Federation (AFYEF), Zimbabwe Chapter, where I support initiatives that encourage entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and leadership development.
As an entrepreneur and farmer, I have developed practical business experience that complements my corporate background, strengthening my understanding of innovation, resilience, and sustainable enterprise development.
I am also a proud member of The Love Ambassadors, a charitable organisation committed to serving vulnerable communities through compassion, outreach, and social impact initiatives.
